LICENSING

ARTICLE I

Sale of Bankrupt Stock

~ 189-1. License fee established.

  Pursuant to Section 1, Chapter 141, Laws of 1898, it is hereby ordered that a monthly license fee as set by resolution of the Board of Trustees[2]  shall be charged to all persons who shall conduct a retail business in the Village of Fredonia for the sale of bankrupt stock or otherwise, as provided in such section, to be paid to the Village Treasurer.

~ 189-2. Penalties for offenses.

  A violation of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a maximum fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15) days, or both.
