~ 161-1. Possession of gambling devices.

  It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any person, persons, firm, corporation or association to have or keep any gambling devices or instruments to be used for gambling purposes within the Village of Fredonia.

~ 161-2. Gambling devices to be impounded.

  Any person who is required or authorized to arrest any person for a violation of this section is also authorized and required to seize and take into his possession any device or instrument suitable for gambling purposes found in the possession or under the control of the person so arrested and to deliver the same to the Village Justice before whom the person arrested is required to be taken.

~ 161-3. Disposition of impounded gambling devices.

  The Village Justice, to whom anything suitable for gambling purposes is delivered pursuant to the last section, must cause the same to be disposed of according to law.

~ 161-4. Penalties for offenses.[1]

  Unless otherwise provided by state law, any violation of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a maximum fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15) days, or both, for each offense.
