~ 147-1. Prohibited acts.

  The discharge of any firearms or discharge of any firecrackers or fireworks within the Village of Fredonia is prohibited, unless specifically permitted by the laws of the State of New York.

~ 147-2. Penalties for offenses.

  Unless otherwise provided by state law, any violation of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a maximum fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15) days, or both.
