DUMP, USE OF

~ 125-1. Purpose.

  The purpose of this chapter is to authorize the Village of Fredonia to establish rules and regulations for the management and use of the present Village of Fredonia dump or any future dump owned or operated by the village, including the charging of a fee for the use of said dump.

~ 125-2. Authority to establish rules, regulations and fees.

  The Village of Fredonia is hereby authorized and empowered to establish, by resolution of the Board of Trustees, rules and regulations for the management and use of the present village dump of any future village dump owned or operated by the village, including the charging of a fee for the use of said dump, in such a method and manner as the Board of Trustees shall determine by resolution.

~ 125-3. Penalties for offenses.[1]

  A violation of this chapter, or of any of the rules or regulations promulgated hereunder, shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a maximum fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15) days, or both.
